✨Bridges & Balance Fundraiser w/ @ebb_and_flow.ie ✨ On Saturday we had a lovely morning after our Saturday Sweat class with Aoife from @ebb_and_flow.ie for a great cause @pieta.house 🤩 🙏 We took some time to relax , get comfortable & breath before setting out on our walk across the 3 Bridges and we then came back and enjoyed some Yoga , Stretching & Relaxation time . 🧘‍♀️🤗 We finished of with some Tea , Chats and delicious treats thanks to the lovely @bridge14coffee 😍🤤 This weekend have our Christmas Training morning in Nenagh followed by our members night out - we still have our fundraiser link in our bio and would appreciate any donations while the link is still active 🙏🔗 We look forward to 2025 already @train_gyms 😍✨

OUR TRAIN TEENS IS STAYING 😍 We are on our last week of our first intake which was a great success for all attendees 👏 So much so that TRAIN TEENS will continue on Fridays at 4-5pm in Nenagh . 😍 We want our Nenagh Teens to get as confident as they can in the gym , learn how to train effectively + safely , enjoy the benefits of physical activity and most of all have an encouraging environment to train in 🤩 Our TRAIN TEENS class will be a pathway for teens to join our other mainstream classes : once we feel they are at a level suitable to join our main classes here at Nenagh we will be thrilled to see them attend some other classes on our weekly timetable.
